I like the idea a ton, mainly because you build the cars to be driven and driven hard, in turns or straights, the cars are capable of the task at hand and look good while doing it. The 80s Pro Street themed cars were cool, but more show peaces than any thing, a lot of the hot rodding guys do amazing work, but the cars are to antiseptic. You really couldn't drive them on the street, hard at least. Some of the pro touring cars are getting like that, but the majority are driven. But with pro touring it starts with a classic car and adding modern components. So, what about a 4th generation F-body? In stock form, their ok cars, but they have so much potential when you tear in to them. So would a pro touring themed car be accepted by traditional pro touring people? I know they have a few third gen guys in their camp, but what about 4th gens?
