Default LS2 Heads and Cam Question

I am sorry if this has been over asked, but it seems impossible to figure out the correct combination if there is such a thing. Anyway I am looking for opinions, or hard facts of what others have used with good success or anything else.

I have been looking at the GMPP LS6 CNC'd heads
61.9cc Chamber, 250cc Intake Port, 85cc Exhaust Port, 2.00" Intake, 1.55" Exhaust

and the GMPP Cam Specs as:
I:239 E:251 @.050" lift:.570" lobe separation 106.5

I am also looking at the TSP combo:

Stage 2.5R LS6 heads 202 157 valves Dual Valve Springs
Cam 228R

I am really wanting to get between 450 and 475rwhp. Does anyone really think that the GM parts are better or higher performance than the TSP custom CNC'd parts? Thanks for any info.

Aaron
