Default Getting high-end noise

Hey guys, I need some help. I'm really new with working with cars. (As in, I only started really getting into it a year or so ago.) I recently got a 2001 Camaro SS in good (but far from perfect) shape, and I promptly put on a Flowmaster cat-back. The over-axle pipe was a bit snug, and I noticed some rattle coming from it. I haven't fixed it yet, because I work a lot (usually 60+ hours a week). Is the rattle in the video below caused by that, or is it something else? I'm asking because it's a much different sound, and I'm hoping it's not something major in the engine. Sorry for a dumb question, but like I said, I'm new to this stuff. Thanks for any help.
