Default Newbee questions ( I need some Guidance)

I'm new to this forum but i am originally from the srtforums but currently getting out of my ????? and into a LS-1.

I found a 98 z m6 with approx. 120k miles that has had a lil work done to it. First off the tranny was rebuilt about a year ago, the engine was replaced at 80k miles due to it being flooded and the engine installed had 30k miles when installed. The mods done so far are hyper tech power programmer, ls6 intake manifold, 90mm maf, ported tb, borla cat back exhuast, zr-1 rims with good rubber, 2-jl audio subs with stereo and headers.
I think it was tuned before the headers were installed and dynoed 354hp and 367tq. I've known this guy for 7 years soo i trust him and also it's never been in a wreck.

My question is what is a good price for this car? I'm sure i will ge it i just want some feedback.

How's the reliability on these cars after 100k miles?

What should this car run?

Thanks in advance for your help.

I have a buddy in North Carolina with a 450+whp intake, exhaust, nitrous 98 car with over a 150,000 miles and countless strip passes and his car still runs great.

I agree that $5500-$7000 would be reasonable.
