Default Brake pad wear problem

This is on my dd. My front driver side outside pad wears down very fast and also causes my rotor to warp because of the heat. All my other pads look good exept for that one. The car is front disc rear drum. What could this be?

you've got stuck caliper pins/bad caliper. Sounds like the caliper is getting hung up on the guide pins, or the piston itself is not releasing after you let off the brakes. Pull that side off and make sure your guide pins move freely, if not, get some new ones along with a new caliper.
