MAF/ SLP or OEM?
i am running a ported OEM MAF right now. i am about to get my car tuned and my tuner dosnt like the ported MAF and asked me to change that before the tune. i am looking at the stock OEM MAF and the SLP MAF what do you guys think which would be better? are they both simple to tune? can i run the SLP for a little while before my tune?

Stock OEM MAF. I believe the stock MAF is easier for tuners to work with. And yes you can run the SLP before the tune I'm just not sure why you would. It's kinda hit or miss on whether or not it'll help you or hurt you. The stock MAF will be just fine up to 500hp and from looking at your sig you're not even close to that yet. I would just stick with the stocker.
On a side note, the SLP MAF is one of the better aftermarket MAF's that are available for our cars though.

just tune it in SD and get rid of the maff Sounds like your tuner is new at it! I ran a stock ported maff you a long time and never had any problems or problems tuning it. But i have it tuned in SD now!
