Default Good price???

My dad has an opportunity to pick up an entire LS1 for $500. I dont know if the PCM goes with it though.

The only downside is that the block is cracked. Is the rest of the motor worth that being used?

Just use some JB Weld on that cracked block and call it day. Good as new .

I already have a shortblock out of a 99 that I am going to give him. He wants to do a T-bucket style ride with an LS1 in it. Something that weighs maybe 1,800 pounds.
