Vacum check valve question-broken hose

Vacum check valve question-broken hose I see the 3 way vacum check valve by the computer I just want to know the proper order of hoses. I see one from the intake, one for the heater, and the other goes below the pasasenger headlight-what is this for? this hose broke but I feel no vacum going through.
