Default transmission mount tip

does anyone have any tips for getting the tranny back in, i have the motor mounted up and a tranny jack but the input shaft doesn't wanna go in, i checked and everything looks ok spline wise

Clutch replacement?
Is the clutch lined up properly, have to ask.
You might have to realign it.
I have had some twin disc set-ups that where fun to get in there.

Yes it is very important, if the clutch hub is not centered to the pilot bearing you can be under there for a while.
