What size MT ET Street tire can I fit on my TA???

What size MT ET Street tire can I fit on my TA??? I want to buy a pair of MT ET Street tires, I have the Convo Pro Rims with the following measurements...
15" x 8.5
5" Backspacing (I have the 5/16" spacers if needed)
My car is a 98 TA WS6 with the Eibach pro lowering spring kit, it is 1.25" lower than stock. What is the largest tire I can fit on the rear of my car? I want to buy the MT ET Streets 11.5" x 26" tires. I already talked to Summit and they told me the 11.5 will fit on the 8.5 rim but what about this tire size fitting on my car??

Things only really start to get tight when you start running a 28" tall tire.
