Bitch owes me money, What do i do?

Bitch owes me money, What do i do? After her kids trried to break in my car,This is a bad faimily just a mom with her 2 sons and dad lives in cali etc etc. big house and no money there mom works her *** off as her kids **** up ****. she signed a document i made saying she would pay me a total of 700 and something dollar and 3 differnet payments, every other week. She paid me the first one. then when it was time for the second one she missed it, i showed up at her house no one was there it looked like she was moving out, tall grass, mail, etc. i called her cell she didnt pick up.
So a day passes by and i see a light on in the house (she lives in my neighborhood) So the next day i go over there and POUND i mean POUND on the door. the door opens.......
anyone home? two kids come walkin out... the kids that tried to brk in my car they are about a yr younger than me, i was bout to THROW DOWN but he wouldnt make eye contact and they were scared, i said is ur mom home she owes me 500 dollars still. they said no with like an attitude i said tell her i stopped by and i got in the older ones face, he says what ever. i said tell her i aint ****** around with my money. they shut the door, and start hollaring **** you through the door with it closed i turn around and say what Ponachas (***** in spanish) come and say it to my face. get in my car lay some rubber in their street and take off. i go up to HER WORK!
on the way their i called her voice mail and told her i want my ******* money and if not i will press charges and your children will be prosecuted. i get to her work and shes outside on the fone, i walk up to her. and shes on the phone with my MOM!?! tellin my mom i tthreatned her wtf bitch? i said i belive u own me some money, excucess excuess etc. i was out of town, medical prbs. blah blah blah she says i dont knw if i will pay u i have to talk to my lawyer, ok bitch u signed something saying you would, you wanna go to court about it.? come on now. she told me she will pay me tomrw (today) so i callll her and the same bs she dont pick up.
i wake up this mornin and my house is covered in eggs
i know its them lil beaner *******. but what do i do? retilate? im out on BOND right now i cant get in ANY trouble, im in the process of taking care of a FELONY!!
now i dont want the hassle of takin her to court i just want my money so i can cam my car already
. but god damn! wat does it take SERISOULY!!!!!!!!!

Just try and relax.........youll spend more money and time taking her back to court. Just put that cam on a credit card, its not worth going to jail over. Dont let that bit^& get the best of you. Good luck bra

Ahhh man. I understand you lost your cool but she probaly wont pay. Just give her a deadline and if she doesnt meet that deadlines press charges on those *******. As for them vandalizing your house, don't vandalize theirs as much as I know you want to. Unless you can prove it.

i will have to take her to court. i should of done wat my uncle suggested tell her to pay me 5 grand or else i can use his lawyer and take them to court and they will be fucked so bad.

I agree with some of the other responses above. As tempting as it is to retaliate, don't do it. Give her a deadline to pay up and tell her that if she doesn't pay up by the deadline that you're going to press charges on her kids and that you'll be taking her to small claims court. If you've got a signed document as you say then you shouldn't have any problem in getting a judgement against her if you take her to court.

Go back to school and learn how to spell / type / speak english
Then take her to court and sue for damages to your house and car - lie and say you saw the kids egging your house and show them the document she signed saying she'd pay for the damages to your car. That establishes a pattern to go along with your false eye witness
