if you had some basic hand tools (socket set, primarily) it would not be that bad. you would have to remove the coil brackets. depending on what kind of polished cover you got you may also have to use a coil relocation package, as some companies do not offer polished covers with coil mounting provisions on them. best of luck!

Your going to need a 10m to remove the coil packs, and a 8m to remove the valve covers, just painted mine red this past week. Very easy to do and great cheap mod!
