Default Very light tapping sound after fixing exhaust leaks?!

I popped my hood after coming home with the car and left it running to check under the hood for any leaks. While nothing was leaking from the headers or exhaust I noticed a very light tapping sound coming from what seemed to be the intake area above the block. I couldn't figure out exactly where but it was a very light tap. You really had to listen to it as it was drowned out by the exhaust. Is that just piston slap? My car has been running fine too, haven't had any problems with it lately.

What do you usually comprehend light tapping to be? Something ready to go out?
