(TH400 swap) front or rear exit cable shifter? I have been trying to find this out because i want to get the hurst pistol shifter but need to know which one to order. I konw the cheetah is the best shifter but i dont like how it feels, its to small to hold on to.

Re: (TH400 swap) front or rear exit cable shifter? You can make it work either way, but you'll have to make sure you get the appropriate length cable.
My Cheetah shifter is a rear exit, but the cable makes a bunch of turns to get to the gear selector on the tranny.
