Default Q. ASP Pulley & Serp. Belt

An ASP 25% UD Pulley was installed over the past winter break, along with a new acc belt (378K4) & serpt belt (760K6).

Since installing the belts, I kinda wondered about the serpt belt, becuase there was not much slack when I went to slip it onto the tensioner pulley. I am able to get the belt on, but there is so little movement, its tough to take that belt back off. The tensioner only goes so far.

But, everything seemed to run fine, so I left it alone.

Since then, I've noticed 3 times now, that the serpt belt wants to walk off of the tensioner pulley & the power steering pulley! Each time I've found the belt 1/2 off of those 2 pulleys.

Since at the tensioner there is no real slack to speak of, Its tough, but I can get them both seated back into place. But 3 times now, I think something is wrong.

Has anyone else seen this problem before?

Check your crank bolt, sounds like a pulley is walking away from the motor.
