Default does this look normal

This is a stock 2002 tune, on a stock block apart from heads

this was the first scan I took after connection.

Im surprised by the movement in 02, and the timing at idle. Is this normal

thanks

The timing looks normal to me, but you may be getting some noise on the Bank One O2. Try swaping position one O2's from side to side and see if the erratic pattern moves with the sensor.
