Default I need Help picking out a cam

hey guys I just need help picking out a cam trying to figure out what i can run and whats good out there. Here are the specs of the motor and car. I am looking for mild-rough idle, a powerband from 1,800-7,000 roughly not exact but in that area. I was looking at a few cams listed here.

Texas Speed
223/224 @.50 .566/.566 lift 1,600-6,400 choice of 114/112 lobe seperation
233/239 @.50 .595/.603 lift 1,900-6,500 choice of 113/112 lobe seperation
comp cams
222/224 @.50 .566/.568 lift 1,800-6,800
224/230 @.50 .581/.588 lift 2,000-7,000

Any other suggestions would be great in helping me.

Motor and car specs
4.10 gear with posi
25.7 Tall tire 12.6 wide
t-56 6 speed manual with 50% gear reduction in 6th gear
Motor
6.0L LS2 stroke out to a 402 c.i. 6.6L
4 inch stroke 3 inch bore all forged
Total seal gapless ring
clevite bearings
compression roughly 10.5-10.9
Heads are Dart, PRC,or AFr Heads
Intake is either BBk or Weind aluminum intake
motor will be N/a
this is in a 65 chevelle so if you need any other info let me know.
