Default Wich LS1 F-Body has the best aerodynamik?

Hi Guys!

I ask myself wich F-Body has the best aerodynamik for topspeed and wich makes the most downforce? I was searching but i found nothing.

So what do you guys think ist the Z28/SS/Formula/Trans Am/WS6/Firehawk?

Thx

i would think a Formula or a Trans Am would have better aerodynamics because of the front end..

I have looked in the past and found that both body styles have the same coefficient of drag.

a simple T/A or formula definitely. i don't know why anyone would say a Z28...their hood isn't as aerodynamic as a T/A or formula hood, not to mention the T/A and formula spoiler is more ideal.

I have heard that at high speed T/A wings produce lift.

The '84 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am drag coefficiant is .32 but capable of .29 with standard Aero wheels over the High-Tech turbo aluminums. At the time it was the most aerodynamic car GM ever produced.

OMG.

Why are yall being so friggin scientific about this, like yall all are wearing white lab coats in a wind tunnel with a clipboard.

I would think a car with less body lines, and obstructions would be more aerodynamic.

The camaro is much smoother, with less lines, and drop offs than firebirds.

The spoilers on these cars is purely for decor, and does not make any difference unless ur cruising around 200mph.

I ask too because my Formy runs between 170-175 and he is complete stock in the moment. So the aerodynamik can be not too bad

I would say both being about the same until you flip up the lights on the T/A.
