Exclamation Help: Clutch hose popping out on T56?

I removed my hydraulic clutch hose to do some things with the master cylinder ('02 Formula), and the little metal prongs that sit in the T56 hose opening were jammed during removal. I straightened them out (and curved the ones that looked like they needed to be slightly bent) but the hose won't stay popped in (it goes in fine, but nothing seems to be "grabbing" and holding it in). Can this little piece be replaced, or can I fix it?

I dont think you can fix those if they're damaged.
Maybe you can find someone who is replacing their slave & would give you that piece. Or maybe the whole coupler.

Bummer. Does anyone have a picture of how that little piece of sheet metal is supposed to look? I don't want to buy a whole coupler if I can spend an hour or two rebending the little metal fingers.
