I'm also in Northern VA (Woodbridge) and I'm considering selling my HPR5s. They are 18X8 fronts and 18X9 rears. The wheels and tires have less than 450 miles on them. Tires are BF Goodrich G-Force Sports (245/40-18 fronts and 275/35-18 rears). The set up would include the lug nuts and hub-centric rings.....basically everything you need to bolt them on and go. i have chrome zr1 wheels on my car and i want to go with draglites so mabye we can work something out. the tires are in good shape. im in glen burnie maryland.

I got some chrome ZR1 with 11's in rear i might be parting with them they have 275 goodyear F1's in the front and bald 315 nitto's in rear. wheels are only 7 months old. Will take $900 im in eastern NC. includeds chrome lugs.
