Default 1999-2002 F-Body Big Stuff 3 Integration Harness (Plug and Play)

Some of the nastiest f-bodies on the street roll out of our shop. Using the latest LSX technology and custom fabrication seeing over 1,000 RWHP is not a rare occurrence. We recommend using the Big Stuff 3 engine management system to control the factory style ignition along with the additional capabilities of staged fuel injection and wideband air/fuel logging.

In the past an aftermarket ECM meant losing functionality, mostly the factory dash cluster, along with a messy and extensive wiring job. We have simplified that solution on the f-bodies we do in-house and now have reproduced the harness to offer them to the public. This harness is a plug and play replacement for your factory harness. It goes between your new Big Stuff 3 harness and the engine sensors. Each connector is marked and uses the correct OEM connector for a quick, clean, and easy installation.

Functions kept by our plug and play harness:
*All of the stock gauges
*Air conditioning
*Reverse lockout
*Cooling Fans
*Alternator

Item # IZM798 will be priced at $499 for the month of July and $549 after the introductory pricing period.

does this come with data inquisition, dual injectors, time based timing, closed loop SD tuning?.... is there any software disadvantages of this to the regular bs3 harness and software?

This is the harness only - all Big Stuff 3 products are sold separately. This just allows you to install the system with out cutting up your factory harness, as well as simplifying installation.

No. It goes from the stock ecu to your engine sensors. Their are pigtails on this adapter harness for the BS3 to plug into. Therefore both the BS3 and stock ecu get the signals they need to share.

Can you guys custom make that harness without the hookup for the stock gauges?

So basically, all you would need is just the BS3 box and NOT the harness that comes wth it?
sounds like a good idea, especiallly for those who would like to maintain a factory appearing dash.

No. The BS3 harness plugs into this adapter harness.

Previously they did sell for that amount from Speartech.

We are working with high volumes though now.

Would one be able to pass emissions while using this harness and BS3?

You could pass an obd2 plug in test with the right tuning.

Yeah it is nice.

I thought it was funny when I brought my 96 through, the whole time knowing the stock PCM wasn't even running the engine.

I wonder what they would think if I brought in just a pcm, harness and battery that passed emissions.
