Default Vibration At 75-80 Mph

Wierd vibration at around 75-80 mph. cruises fine at 70. it has a poly transmount, but was installed previous to me, and has done it since i bought it. could an out of balance tire cause a vibration at that specific of speed? is there anything inside the trans that could come out of balance?
