Heads AFR 225 large enough?

Heads AFR 225 large enough? All,
I only have 58K miles on my current engine. I want to do a head and cam swap. I want a DD cam now with a great set of heads for the future. I already have the typical boltons. When I upgrade to the new LSX454 iron block, my question is will the AFR 225 heads flow enough for the larger engine? Is there a different head I should look at? Any help would greatly be appreciated!
