Default Need Help Please

So I'm changing my oil and I notice that I am fortunate enough to have a nail in my tire. After removing the nail it hissed and I knew I needed to get a patch. Anyways I start removing the lugs and one will not turn at all. I try to muscle it off and naturally the wheel stud shears off.

So heres where I need help. I know the wheel studs are press on but I'm ignorant as to how to go about this. How do I remove the broken one? C-clamp? Mini vice with a circular piece of metal? And how should I press the new one on? I just don't want to damage anything as I am low on funds right now. Thanks.

just take a hammer and give it a good whack to get it out. to press it back on, it's easier if you've got access to an aircompressor and impact gun. you can take an extra lugnut and washer and just tighten the lugnut on until it seats all the way in.
