is my 226/226 585 112LSA cam ideal with nitrous?

i used to have that cam ran about 2 bottles trough it with out pulling any timing on 100 shot. 1 sec. off usually. that was with just cam and no boltons.

i got all the bolt ons, heads and more, wanted to spray 100-150 and try to go under 11's

u should have no problem using that cam ,because i had the TR224 before and 150 shot with no problem.

but most of the experts say that a split patterns cam will give more power and peak better with laughing GAS mod.

so why dont you get 226-228 or so to avoide any hassle ?

Chevy High actually did some testing with our 226/226 .585"/.585" 112 lsa cam with nitrous a while back. They used a NX kit and did everything from a 75-200 shot on the engine dyno and it worked great.

Good. NX makes an excellent system. You should see great results from the combination.
