Ninetres 1st day track videos
Got my car to the track for the 1st time with my turbo/3speed set-up. First of all, big thanks to my buddy Matt for working the final 24hrs straight to get the cage, seat, and new heads/cam finished. Also Rick and Drew at Synergy came through big time. Rick was datalogging and tuning my car all day, and Drew re-wired my fans because they weren't coming on.
I went to the late model EFI shoot-out at Sacramento raceway. I entered the internally modified single power adder class.......and I was the only one. They said they HAD to put me in another class so I got stuck with the outlaws
3 passes in 100+ degree heat. I had small issues the whole day. It was hot as hell and the track was bare and slick. All runs were at 14 psi with my T76gts and I was trying different launch/tire pressure all passes. Sorry for the footage, my friend is not camcorder proficient.
1st pass: 10.24 @ 132.39 1.54 60' (Super de-tuned test run)

2nd pass: 10.26 @ 135.26 1.64 60' (Good tune, spun and peddled out of the
hole)

3rd pass: 10.37 @ 137.36 1.83 60' (damn pro-tree > Me.....holy **** that car was fast)

Hot AS HELL with no sleep working on the car ALL NIGHT plus a 3 hour drive to the track:

I was just as much there to get my car tuned as I was to race a few passes. The track was in pretty bad shape yesterday. Also, kinda funny.......my throttle cable was loose on the first pass and I was only seeing 80% throttle (the fastest ET of the day), lol. WTF? I spun the least on that pass though.

I think it is good you couldn't run the 80 cause now we can see the difference between the 2 at the track as well as on the dyno. Good mph. With good track conditions your times will be better. Good job. Keep us posted on the new turbo install.
