Post up a price! Forum rules.

I must say though, this may win the price for most expensive item listed for sale on LS1Tech. Ever.

Well he did say less than 10K per acre. So I will say its about 9950/acre. So if all 400 acres sold at once it would be $3,980,000.00. Since its lake front I am willing to bet that a land developer will step in on this one and throw a high end subdivision in there. That is unless the zoning laws wont allow that.

That's P.I.M.P. status right there!!!

If all of us chip in $40, we could buy this place, drain the lake, and build a sweet track like minty said!

I say we drain the lake, fill it with gas, so 40 years from now when everything is electric, we can all still drive our LSX's.

Comprehension or not, forum rules require an asking price - not a math problem.

Nice land but this place is in BFE, 10k an acre is way overpriced, poorest county in the state of michigan, no one is paying that to live near nothing.
