Question pacesetters???

I am really pinchin pennys right now and i am thinking about going with pacesetters. Good idea or bad idea? I have heard they need to be recoated after a year or so. Do they have stainless steel instead of the coated ones?

They're very good headers for the money. They have a coated version as well. Try typing this into the search - forumid:6 pacesetter

they use to not have stainless, not sure if they have changed that recently or not. I have heard that stainless isnt a must unless you are in the far northern parts of the country though

Maryland speed has them beat, in my opinion!
430.00 shipped and they are JETHOT coated inside and out.
With a lifetime warranty!
Just my .2 cents
I got mine in February and I have not had a problem, the underhood temps dropped significantly.
Goodluck....

Love mine for value and performance; but the coating is getting a little weathered and I never drive the car.

best value out there, methinks. I personally would save my cash until I could buy some ARHs or Kooks...but that's just how I am. One of my buddies used them with great results.
