Default Is LS1-Edit difficult to use...

I willing to purchase and learn if i donr a dyno, other special tools etc. Does it come with "how to" instructions and guideline for useage?

It warns you that you can hurt your car or yourself! But seriously, all the info you are ever going to find on how to use it is right here, and on their mailing list (ls1edit.com)

There are plenty of common sense changes that does not involve much knowledge, like setting fan temps, disabling CAGS, COTS, O2 sensors.

The learning part is tuning your A/F, but even that is easy with a program like ATAP to log your values...

Don't be intimidated by it, it is by far the most useful thing you will ever buy for your car...

LS1Edit is targeted to the serious tuner / enthusiast.

The key to LS1Edit starting out is to make small changes and check with ATAP. You'll get the hang of it.
