Default !egr???

Im lookin into gettin a pair of jet hot long tubes and one of the options was w/ or w/out EGR. Right now i do have my EGR hooked up but how hard is it to get around and what do i need to do to get if off? cause i dont really want it... any help??? thanks

You should probably post this in the LSx section. It's usually hard to get tech help in the Firebird area heh

Do you mean !AIR? '01 and '02 don't have EGR.

see thats what i was thinking but the headers said w/ or w/out egr???

Maybe that's their only option and are the same for different years - like they all come with AIR whether you want it or not? Just need some block off plates to delete either. Call and talk to someone before ordering.

Just order the race versions of the heads and have a tuner delete your air system, and your rear o2's.
