Question need help asap please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hey guys i need your help with my car.
well i got my car from a member on here [just a coinsidence he was a member see the car for sale at the mall and after i got my car i signed up]
and i was reading his old post about where he put the new motor in thats in my car now and him haveing it tuned.
well my cousins got me a hyper **** programmer for my b-day and i installed it[shift points power tuneing and all that crap]
so if the car was dyno tuned when the new motor went in then i put the pp3 in did the hypertech erase the custome tune or how would that work?.
would the hypertech think the tune that was in the car was the factory tune and the custome tune is stored in the hypertech?
would the pp3 know if there was a tune that is diferent from the factory tune?
sorry for all the questions but im comfused about this and i dont know if i screwed some thing up.

First of all, why mess with the tune if it was already tuned??? Second, no need to worry. Just hook up the Hypertech and have it put back to stock. It will then put back the tune it all ready came with.............

as mentioned... use the HPP3 to restore the "Stock tune" ... this is actually the tune that was in the PCM before you flashed it... then get rid of the hypercrap
