Wiring harness and pcm interchangeability? We're plopping a V8 into a 99 V6 car. I'm looking to use a 99 ls1 computer in the car so we can plug the 99 vin in and have the car registered and inspected (OBD2). Any problems putting a v6 vin into a v8 computer?
I have a lead on a wiring harness from a 2000 ls1 car. Will this harness work with a 99 pcm?
