Default Subframe connector install help!

I was told that these should be installed with the full weight of the car sagging on the lift, like on a drive-on lift. otherwise the car doors won't close? i'm using umi's weld-in subframes. what do you guys think? what is the proper way to install these?

drive-on lift is perfect. Must be done with all 4 wheels planted on something.
