Default custom tune .... hypertech question

i have a custom dyno tune in my PCM and i have a hypertech module hanging around...... now could i use the hypertech to just change the tire size and be done with it.... this will not affect the tune .... correct.... will the hypertech be married to the pcm??

well i had a hypertech and a dyno tune and i dident know the car was tuned before i got it and then i installed the hypertech. thats why i was telling you to look at my post.

i have a tune and use the hpp3 all the time......just dont install hpp3 engine tuning
