New Ebay Sheet metal intakes??? PICS!!! Check out these new intakes.....they just popped up today and this the first time i have seen them. So what does everyone think? The quality looks good in the pics....I really want to get an aluminum/metal intake b/c I just got a wetkit and I dont want to blow my LS6 into a billion pieces.....how do you guys think this would do performance wise compared to the LS6?

that is what I was thinking, I asked them what the reserve price is but they havent answered me back yet....

Can't you just have the flange cut off and larger one re-welded in its place?
Looks interesting if you were to build a stout engine with moderate/high boost.

Well I asked him what it has shown on the dyno and this was his reply:
"Yes it has been dyno tested. Results varied from motor to motor. Flow test showed it out performed the stock ls1 by 20 cfm and was about the same as the LS6."
Also he said the buy it now price is $2350.00 and the reserve is $1800
but I guess that is inline with what other sheet metal intakes go for....

If you guys are wanting to buy a sheetmetal intake i have one for sale. Its one of the old BBRC Sheetmetal intakes. Its set up for a stock TB is the only downside. On my H/C 346 i lost a little bottom end but picked up like crazy up top, and it was amazing on the bottle. PM me if you are interested, i will let it go for cheap because im trying to get money to finish my new setup.
