Turbo or SC 5.3?

Turbo or SC 5.3? I originally posted this in the Conversions & Hybrids section, but I figured this is probably a better place for it.
I've been building my 5.3 for a couple of months now. Originally I was going to stroke it to 5.7, but have decided that I like the idea of boosting it much more. While I don't want this to turn into a debate between turbos and SC, I was just curious as to people's opinions for my specific application. If I were to go SC, I'm thinking Whipple or MagnaCharger not centrifugal. It's going into an 88 T/A which will serve as a mostly DD except for exceptionally snowy or rainy days.
