ls2 intake work w/ ls1?

Default ls2 intake work w/ ls1?

if I bought a 90mm ls2 intake from either a 2005-06 corvette or gto would it bold onto my 2000 ls1? Sorry for ignorant question!

Not 100% sure if it would bolt right up but I think so. You'd also need to get a cable driven 90 mm TB. The LS2 intake has been shown to flow LESS than the LS6 intake but more than the LS1 so its a bit of a step up but not much. I'd stick with an LS6.

Seriously its alot of work. Injectors/fuel rail are different, the map sensor has to extended to front, thats why I decided to go with an LS6....

I seen dyno charts on an ls2 intake vs ls1 and I wouldnt put it on if it was givin to me. The gain was so small it's not worth the time. Get an ls6 or fast

ok thanks for the tips guys saved me alot of trouble, I wasnt sure if a ls2 was better than the ls6 but I have the ls6 on right now

You already have an ls6 intake on your 01. I would not mess with it.

if you get the ls2 manifold ported then it is worth swapping it over an ls6 intake, otherwise I wouldn't do it
