Default Found something while removing t-56

When I spread the tranny away from the bell to get to the 2 10mm bolts that hold that slave in place, there was only one bolt holding it. There isn't any evidence that the other bolt was ever installed. Does anyone know what this can cause or if it will hurt anything because a local shop did this.. I tried to see if they would kinda help me out on it, but in reality I just got laughed at, literally. I would really like some ammo to fire at the shop that did this, not that it really matters but will make me feel better.

The bolt came loose and fell out. It may not have been installed properly but it is very unlikely that the bolt was never installed at all.

I am about 100% positive that the bolt was not installed because it's 1 of 3 that I found missing. This transmission didn't even make it a 10 months old before it started breaking??? I also found out how I was leaking tranny fluid very slowly. Because of a missing bolt.
