Default Help with my 409!

I bought a 408 from George(12secss) knowing that it was going to need some work because one of the pistons had a pin hole in it. It came with an Eagle Crank, 6.125 Scat Rods, Billet Main Caps, ARP main and head studs, and a timing chain. I took it to my machine shop in Valencia, Ca and they told me it needed to be honed .005 because of some scaring on the cylinder wall were the bad piston was. I decided to have them order me some JE forged nitrous pistons with 5cc valve reliefs to put in it.

Now that you know about the shortblock I need help with picking some heads and cam. I was thinking about the L92s and L76 intake. The car is going to be driven more on the street than the track. I want to have big torque off idle. I know this isnt the right place for this but how much nitrous would these JE nitrous pistons be able to hold? One last question, with the right heads and cam how much power could i potentially see through an automatic transmission naturally aspirated and with nitrous.
