ive tried the seach but for some reason its not working. just wondering how many deployments everyone has been on, how long and what unit.

this is my second, my first was with 18th airborne corps for a year 04-05

and im getting ready to finish this one with 4th/25th ID 06-possibly 08.

both in iraq, maybe next time i will get afganistan

First one, 03 with the 62nd ENG. Second one 04-05 some reserve unit from West VA I think it was the 463rd ENG. Did my 8 and bounced.

damn 1st in 5 and a 1/2 years, i wish. ive been in for almost 4 years and 2 has in deployed. this sucks

twice first was a 6 monther and the second a 4 monther. after the first in 02/03 they didnt let us deploy until 05 hopefully i get to go on the next deployment. also i have been in 5 1/2 yrs.

This is my 9th deployment, in 15 years 3rd time to Iraq, dont ask me to remember all the units I have deployed with..lol...too many. 2 Med floats, 1 West Pack, 2times in Aviano Italy. All of them have been an experience. Lots of great times.....lots of great places that I have seen....

That's a hard one to answer. TDY's? Well before the AEF concept took place I had over 13 in my 1st 13 yrs. in and all were 120-145 days. Since the AEF concept I've had 4 so that's 17 total in 17yrs.

Yeah they suck with keepin up on stuff, some of my ribbons aren't even on vMPF. I'll have 4 years in Nov and I'll be going on my first trip to the sandbox in Nov(I volunteered for this one), gotta go through some convoy training in TX for 5 1/2 weeks before that though so intotal it'll be an 8 month deployment. The $$$ alone in 8 months of BAH and BAS is friggin awesome though, not to mention haz pay, tax free and per diem

Southern watch, Northern watch, OIF, OEF. For the desert regions. England and Greece for some other ****. Also did Okinawa twice. My deployments have slowed down though. Those were the days! We never called them deployments because we go and come back go and come back. AFPC sucks it is missing atleast 4 of my trips. I dont care cuz it doesnt benefit me anymore. Last time I looked at AFPC I had 670 something days. Its pretty weak but alot of money was made.

1st 03-04 straight out of basic and now 06-07 2 deployments in 3yrs 9 months and 16.....damn stryker brigades ahhhhh and next 1 is already scheduled
