Lifter Noise on my 99 SS I could really use some help. I've been experiencing some lifter noise on my SS. It's been getting worse in the last two days. I'm not too sure where to start. Any help would great!

It's a manual. It has about 50,000 miles on it. I'm going to do an oil change though. The lst guy I bought it from had it since 05 and only put about 1200 miles on the car and I have no record of when an oil change was done.
