Default Is this a good deal for these shocks?

I can pick these up locally, here is the description of them: The guy is asking 60 bucks..

"For sale is a brand new pair of front strut cartridges for a 1993-2002 GM 'F' body car. They are de Carbon model 3302 0 F3. They have never been installed. "

Now my question is, are these the same as stock or upgraded ones? Are these worth it for 60 bucks?
Thanks for any insight
-Jeff

Stock Decarbons, and only the fronts to boot. You could get a set off someone on the board for ~$50.

The decarbons were valved very poorly for these cars, for that reason, they really aren't any good new (they sure aren't what the car needs). I'd pass.
