They should flow pretty close to each other, depending on the type of set up. The spirals will have a deeper tone whereas the flows will be more raw.

I built an x-pipe dual setup for a local guy with spirals, compared to my car it's close to the same loudness as the 1 chambers, but not quite as deep. They do sound very good though, definitely my second choice behind the 1 chambers.

I haven't heard the 1 chambers in person but I had Spiral flows on my old setup. They have a nice deep tone to them and sound great.

I found some other mufflers guys. the dynatech split-flows. I heard one soundclip and they sound pretty damn good. just a little more pricey. is it worth the extra cash for these

I have the spiral slows on mine and love the way it sounds. Its deep and not too loud just cruing. But when you get on it, it sounds nuts

Spiral Clip in sig... if the TSP kit CAME WITH 1-chambers, I'd have got them. I bought these because of the three offered, barely anyone had these, and I thought they sounded the best.
