UMI over BMR?
I've been reading on here and hearing about how BMR stuff breaks and that UMI makes beefier suspension pieces. What do you guys think? I've been using UMI and so far everything looks and feels great. UMI just came out with a pretty bad *** k-member but is it worth it to save with BMR?

Both are great products, i've rarely ever heard of BMR breaking, if ever. I have both UMI and BMR parts and they work great. Although the only thing I dont like about BMR is their new color. I like just black over that silver vein color. Just my .02 cents.

Yep, it happened in 2003. Not sure what that has to do with anything.
Kind of hard to create a new design staight bar with rod ends on each end ... unless of course it's this articulating in middle style ...

That's scary stuff, right there.
UMI any day over BMR. Easy choice.

Bmr Has Revised Their K-member Desgin.. That Being Said I Still Think The Umi Piece Is Better Suited For Auto-x Than Bmr Piece But The Bmr Is Probally Lighter..
So I Guess It Really Depends
Personally Im Going Umi As I Look For The Over All Not Just Lightest Possible

Every company has had some breakage, It happens when you lean on it or just sometimes **** happens. We are talking man made products, I have never used any UMI stuff so I won't say it's great or they suck. But I have driven some 9 second F-Bodies with Bmr products and never had any problems with any BMR product
I have never known anyone BMR has ever screwed over a broken part that was a parts defect. No one and I mean no one will stand behind a part broken from race abuse.

UMI stands behind there stuff. I know a guy broke a Torque Arm it was a old design and he was drag racing with it and they replaced with the newer style for free. It was in a thread in here a few months ago. I run UMI stuff and love it. But BMR is just as good just pick what you want.
