Default A little help for front suspension noise

I had my car lowered and he company that did it, from what I can tell, did not tighten down the strut mout well enough on the top passenger side. The car made a noise over bumps on occasion, so I decided to take it apart now that I have time. It appears that the hole in the top of the wheelwell may have been elongated, causing the bolt to actually rattle in the hole, hence the noise. I am afraid that it will rattle again if I put it back together now that the hole is elongated. My question is has anyone ever had to deal with this before? and what do you think is the best way to deal with it? The rest of the assembly is tight.
