Default stoker vs. all bore

With ci being the same which has better street manners or are they the same? Is there any difference in their tq/hp curves? I have searched and can't seem to be able to find anything on this, is that because they are essentially the same?

For a street machine, the stroker is a better motor hands down. Youll have more fun with that and a set of gears. The bore will make better horsepower up top, but the bore will make better torque down low. To me, on the street, torque wins races. On the track its hp.

Thanks man that is what I thought. I figured if you had that much stroke it would have to put out some monster torque. I think that may be the way I go.
