02 LS6 cam what length of pushrod is needed

This is going into a 01 5.3 with the stock rockers. I cannot seem to locate a definitive answer as to what length is needed.

i believe it is 7.450 due to the smaller cam journal base

Stock pushrod length is 7.4.

What was the original length in the 5.3?

Same length in all ls engines but I am not sure what it is.

I think stock is 7.380.
