around a year ago i had a new clutch put in my TA and had problems ever since. somewere i am loose fluid because it is low every 1-2 months, and it takes forever to engage in gear. slowly the 5th and 6th gear are starting to grind more often and today on my way home from work it got real bad. this morning it was a liitle low on fluid so i topped it off and when i left work tonight it stuck in 6th and wouldnt go anywere except toward 5th. i finally got it in 2nd and made it to my parents househave to stop and fight it at every stop sign. is this thing junk or what should i do.

just a stock replacement should be fine, i dont think they make any other kinds.
May as well replace your master cylinder as well. If your car is a 98-00 they have an upgraded master that they put on 01+

i am planning on doing the upgrade since my car is a 99, think i might as well send it off to six speed inc. to get it beefed up too

most likely the slave I am having the same problem and I know it is the slave on my car.
