Who knows. I tried two times to give them my money. Called them for a header install, said "we will call you back with an estimate". Never heard back.
Went by their shop a few days later, just to let them know I was serious.
Talked for a while, looked around an empty shop, and got the ole "I'll call you
with an estimate". Nothing.
Went by Next Level Performance.Spoke with Geoff, great guy.Let me tell ya,
when I say their shop was packed,it was PACKED! Geoff was able to get my car in and done in a day.And the quality of work is second to none in my opinion. Great bunch of guys.I have been back to see them several times,
and plan on more visits in the future.
I had always heard good things about Vinci's.But I'm glad I looked else where.

Mrr23 would know the details. In general, I heard Roger had a health problem which sort of enticed him to retire. I think Joe & another guy officially work for Crane now.

Same thing happened to me. I had a question about the Vinci tuner. Voice mail said the call would be returned but not. Email went unanswered. I bought a new Predator instead. I worried there would be no tech support / updates or tunes available with the Vinci.

I havent spoken to Joe in several weeks, but wherever he's at, he's a hell of a good guy. I'll be buying him a beer or 10 at the NPD GM Show in Ocala.

Vinci was a great shop, Roger was a great guy. Sorry to hear they closed.

But to back B02SS, Next Level is great! They are pretty busy though, took almost a week before they had room to take my car in for the gears. But well worth the wait and couldnt be happier.

here, let me dispell this rumor. they have not closed down. roger vinci isn't retired. yes, they are working with crane cams with a ton of R&D work right now, which is why they aren't answering the phones in the morning times.

right now, joe vinci is in joilette for the NMRA races working the crane display booth.

here's their contact info page
http://vincihighperformance.com/CONTACT%20PARENT.HTML

i just talked with roger vinci yesterday and joe vinci last night.

right off of their answering machine. they will be answering emails and returning phone calls from 7-10PM EST. as of May 1st, 2007 they have been contracted with crane and will be doing installs on a limited basis.

post from Joe Vinci

if you have any questions and can't get ahold of them, give me a PM or email. i'll play middle man and get you the answers you need.
