Default Misfires that won't go away help!

I have misfires on cylinders 2 and 6 a good bit of the time. I have monitored it with Atap at idle and all the other cylinders aren't as bad. I swapped the plug wires on them to make sure I had the coil wiring right (I messed up the wires when I did a coil relocation). I still get the same thing. It starts fine and sits idling fine for about 10 seconds, then I hear loud popping. Any clues what it coule be?

Try looking at the engine in the dark. I have some coil packs arcing to valve covers.

If yours is arcing you will be able to see it then.

Thanks for the help, but that isn't the kind of popping I'm getting. When mine begins to pop, it is loud and sounds like a coil pack wire is wrong, but I don't see how it could be.
